The Credit Union Cherry Blossom Ten Mile Run and 5K Run-Walk offers sponsors the opportunity to get their messages before a key group of affluent, well-educated decision makers in a relaxed, informal atmosphere. The run starts and finishes on the Washington Monument Grounds, providing an “All-American” backdrop for event sponsors.

Credit Union Miracle Day Inc. Credit Union Miracle Day (CUMD) is a consortium of Credit Unions, Credit Union suppliers, and Credit Union supporters from across the country. CUMD serves as the title sponsor of the Credit Union Cherry Blossom Ten Mile Run. The proceeds from the event support Children’s Hospitals that belong to the Children's Miracle Network, a non-profit international organization that helps to treat millions of children across the U.S. and Canada. Over $8 million dollars has been donated to the Children's Miracle Network since Credit Union Miracle Day became the title sponsor of the event in 2002.

Each year, the Credit Union Cherry Blossom Ten Mile Run in Washington, D.C. brings together credit unions from across the country with a shared vision of fund raising and helping children. The proceeds from this event support Children's Miracle Network Hospitals. The Children’s Miracle Network (CMN) is a non-profit international organization that helps to treat millions of children across the U.S. and Canada.

Nationwide, credit unions are the 3rd largest fundraisers for CMN Hospitals further demonstrating their strong commitment to their communities and underscoring the positive impact that credit unions make to consumers – that’s part of “the credit union difference”!

Potomac River Running Potomac River Running is a family-owned, locally based running specialty store with locations in Arlington, Burke, DC, Fairfax, Leesburg, One Loudoun, Reston, Springfield, and Vienna. We opened in the Spring of 2003 in Loudoun County with the goal of sharing our passion for an active lifestyle with the community. Since opening our doors in Ashburn nearly a decade ago, we have worked to extend our commitment to the running and walking community throughout the Washington DC Metro area.
Two business partners, Jimmy and Bruno opened Mamma Lucia in 1997. Since then, they have opened restaurants in Bethesda, Olney and Fallsgrove in Rockville, MD. At Baroody Camps, Inc. we create programs that are designed to enrich the lives of the children at camps and schools in Northern Virginia.  We provide year-round activities that will encourage a love of learning, creativity, curiosity, development of skills, character building, and fun--whether they attend one of our themed summer day campss, a weekend gymnastics class, tour the city during a field trip camp, develop their basketball skills in a clinic, or attend one of our after school programs.
